Thanks for the suggestion. Today when I got home from work I bypassed the boost solenoid. I took out for a test drive and I'm still boosting over 12lbs. When I got back from the test drive I isolated both of the watergate actuators and applied pressure individually to each one. The one on the driver side is moving so little I can't see it. If I put my hand on it I can feel it move but only a tiny little bit. The waste gate on the passenger side I can't see but I can hear it move. It makes a pinging noise when I release the pressure on it. I think this is a good indication that it is working correctly. At this point I strongly believe that I have a bad waste gate actuator. If anyone can confirm this or give me another possible to suspect to troubleshoot I will be very thankful. If I have to replace my actuators will it be easiest to pull the motor. I have never done a motor pull but I think I am capable of doing it. Thanks again for the advice.
