Subject	no power

Message	I just installed a good twin turbo engine into my car and it has little power,and the most boost I can get is maybe 1 pound.Does anyone have a few things I can try.Also it idles smooth and revs just no power.Both turbos are good and when I deaccelerate it sounds like Im dragging something under the car
