Message	tian2bing, The absolute first thing to do is a complete brake bleed. Any time I've come across this issue it usually is the result of air in the system, but it could be something else. Others will jump in if they've experienced a similar problem caused by something else in the system. That said, don't forget the ABS bleeds behind the passenger seat on the early Z's (you don't give a year or model of your Z).
