Message	I've replaced the Engine Harness ( Factory ) and it did not change the way it acts.. when testing at the Sensor with a Volt meter, I see Voltage out to the sensor from the Dash Cluster.. so the wiring has to be good.. My thoughts are its the Gauge cluster.. Don't have another '95 Cluster to toss in, and have not gotten brave enough to start drilling this one open to see if it's the infamous 'Rivet Problem' that plagues the spedo.. Cj
