Message the reaction disc may fall out.

In my case, I broke my clutch fork, which caused the master cylinder to over extend. When I replaced my clutch fork, the clutch didn't work right. Too much assist, and the pedal would flutter under my foot. The reaction disc acts as a check valve of sorts. It took FOREVER to figure it out, until I read an obscure post from 1999 that mentioned "dislocated reaction disc"...problem solved
