I need some more help. I just can't get it working. The pin next to 2P is the SIG and SIG is one that receives speed signal from speed sensor, is that correct? Here is a picture: 
I'm guessing 2P is the one that send's speed signal to ECU. I tested for connectivity between ECU pin 53 and upper left connector on cluster back end. And I'm getting signal on 2P pin and both GND pins. According to FSM those are pins 15, 16 and 22. Here's a picture: 
So my conclusion is, speedometer is receiving speed signal, but it's not sending it to ECU, connection between cluster and ECU is good. So there are two options, bad speedometer board circuit or dead speedometer. These coils inside speedo, what do they exactly do?
Are coils only used to lift gauge needle or do they have influence on speed signal. Is it possible that they something is dead there and that is why speed signal isn't getting to ECU? How exactly is speed signal transfered to ECU, is this board in any way amplifying it or modifying it? Could I simply reroute speed signal from SIG to 2P pin?
