Message	PRVR is gonna be a lot quicker than that... not an expert by any means, but from what I understand it introduces atmospheric pressure into the system, to eliminate vapor lock "vacuum" it does not vent pressure into the atmosphere. I am still betting on the gasket for the filler neck.
