| Need some advice. Have a customer Z I'm working on, 1994 twinturbo. Low rpms it stumbles like its missing on a cylinder. Once the rpms go up to about 2500/3k it evens out. Here's what I have gone through so far.... Compression check good 120k just recently done (unrelated to this issue, issue was there before) New sparks and they are not fouled. Appear to be burning correctly Swapped coil packs one at a time with a good working one off another Z O2s are working fine. I am watching them with the laptop and they act normal. Neither one seems lazy as well. Swapped out CAS Swapped out PTU Swapped out FPC Swapped out ECU Swapped out FPR Swapped out MAF Boost leak check, everything is good Idle valve replaced (unrelated to this issue, issue was there before) All injectors ohm out good. All cylinders are firing when I do a power balance test using the laptop. I had swapped an injector out for him previously. Even though it ohmed out fine and was working I changed it out for the hell of it and put on new orings as well. Still no change. Not sure where or what to try next. One thought I had was even though the injectors are ohming fine, one may be acting up still or is starting to go? But its not an easy or cheap task to swap them out one at a time to check, even doing the dremel method. Its also hard to ask the customer to just go ahead and buy all new ones and swap them all out as well without knowing for sure. Only other thought I had was maybe fuel pressure was low as in issue with or a bad pump. But my tester/gauge set up is broke at the moment. But if it was bad at low rpm I would think it would follow on up the rpms. Any other thoughts?
