Message	and 2 washers.. Get a BIG piece of all thread~ put the all thread in the bracket.. put the 3 nuts and 2 washers on the all thread AFTER you thread it through the bracket. Lock 2 nuts back to back.. have a washer between the 2 nuts and the bracket..finger the 2nd nut & washer up onto the other side of the bracket & twist to spread to suit. Mike
