Greetings.. ( Escapee from another forum ) About May last year I bought my 1st TT project... 91 2+2 off E bay who someone had TRIED to convert and horribly botched it. I bought a full front clip with 60K on it ( no really I saw it & bought from a reliable source )... The conversion, paint etc etc took till Dec of last year.. The ONLY problem was the car couldn't make FULL 9 lbs boost ( 7-8 max ) And I did a leak test and all that.. and no leaks.. I THINK the jets are the wrong size letting to much air get to the wastegates causing premature opening.The car has been a ton of fun till last week where it had a stumble from time to time... I did check the codes and got a 33... I cleared codes.. let the car idle for a bit.. drove it around the block.. no code came back.. ( but not a real test, with such a short run ). I decided to change plugs and measure injectors FIRST THEN see if 33 came back... So I'm doing my 1st tune up after 12K and I'm confused... The car had Denso VK-20's in it ( not the NGK's I gave the guy when he did the swap ) these are shorter plugs ( think N/A ).. and I didn't think to much about it..It was probably the plugs that came in the JDM clip... Then while measuring injectors #6 was 32.5 ohm to 2K ohm ( depending on probe push )... So that MIGHT be my code 33.. then it hits me... The injector tops are all BROWN.. like the Kids N/A.. Aren't the injectors suppost to be color coded??? Thanks Mike
