Message	Also check the plate where the shifter bolts. There is a rubber mounting that cracks and breaks. The shifter will drop down some and be very hard to get into gears since the shifter mech is no longer aligned. This broke when I lent my Z to my daughter, she was having a terrible time shifting, looked down at the shifter and curb'd my wheels....Ugh. The part is about $35 if that is it.
