Subject	need help won't start. seems as if no fuel getting

Message	I was changing out the water pump, thermostat, overdrive crank pulley, fan clutch elimination , hard radiator lower, and mishimoto radiator. I disconnected the electrical connection without disconnecting the battery cables!! I forgot that when I plugged it in. Did I screw it up? I cranks but won't fire. It seems like it is not getting any fuel flow. When I turn the key it does not seem like the fuel pump is pressurizing the gas tank. Also when the key is on accy the turn signals don't function. Is there a fuel pump relay or some reset function? It should fire but just cranks and cranks w/nada
