Subject	AC Idler Pulley Issue

Message	have a 95 NA with a UR under-drive pulley. The AC idler pulley had began squeaking so I ordered the replacement from Courtesy. I attempted to put it in tonight. The edge of the original pulley, when tensioned properly, has about a 1/16 of an inch clearance between the edge of the idler pulley and the AC compressor clutch. The new pulley is about 1/8 in larger in dia. I can lay the original pulley flat on top of the new one and the new one is larger. Does not seem to have enough clearance between the idler pulley and the AC clutch for it to turn freely. I noticed on the invoice that the part number is stated as "11925-42L06 replaces 11925-42L01." Anyone else run into this? Suggestions before calling Courtesy?
