Subject	300zx twin turbo will not start

Message	Engine will crank over on starter(battery very good)however engine will not fire ,new plugs fitted,smell of fuel from exhaust,tested plugs on engine and they are sparking.It will start now and then,but is unrelable,it will start if you leave it for a hour or two and try it again,seems like its flooding????? or maybe a air leak (PCV)
