Message	about an hour labours tops, given all the bypasses that I have done (water jacket, etc). However, gathering all the parts to do so is more time. I'm not comparing the labor, I am just stating what I would rather do with the time required to gather all the parts and complete it. Regardless, I followed the FSM procedure for diagnosing. It's definitely not vaccum leak related (by pinching PCV hoses). I pulled the plugs and they are all carbon fouled. I am going to try putting in another set of plugs that I have and will report back.
