Subject	Anyone ever encounter a spinning crossmember bolt?

Message	I'm trying to drop the crossmember, but the stupid crossmember bolt itself is spinning with the nut. The wierd thing is, when looking at the top of the bolt from the engine bay (with the 10mm bolt holding the head down) it is not spinning. Anyone have a similar experience? I think my only option is to cut the nut off & probably replace the bolt too.. arghhh looks like there are brake lines in the way of it sliding up as well (rear-most driver side)
