Subject	Car Wont Turn Off

Message	I just got this twin turbo zx. The guy told me he thought the turbo timer was installed wrong and you have to stall the car to shut it off. So i pulled the turbo timer out same thing so i replace the ignition switch electrical and lock and tumbler same thing . all the dash lights shut off radio off just like the car was turned off but it stays on. My main question is... IS there a MAIN relay that controls the ignition and fuel that could be stuck on? i believe there is a draw killing the battery which leads me to this conclusion. This is my first zx but not my first nissan i have a 350 and a titan as well
