Subject	horn woes!!! and cruise control !!!

Message	ok for starters i have tried and tried again to get the blasted horn to work and i figure sine we have the engine out(again arghhh) i would do anything and everything i could i have gon through all of the fuses and the likes the wiring harness is brand new not to say it doesnt have a defect but still. also the cruise control doesnt work now heres the catch i have a 90(3 spoke) steering wheel but a 91 steering column and i also have cuise control buttons on the side panel where the lights turn on the green cruise control light does turn on but the cruise control doesnt actually engage so to sum up neither the horn or cruise control work its not a fuse or relay im thinking it has something to do with the mismatched steering column/wheel can any shed some light on this ?
