Message The pressure being different is probably due to a ridge on the trans front cover. The T.O. bearing collar is probably catching on it sometimes. It could also be the T.O. bearing collar is rounded where the clutch fork fits allowing the collar to be pressed uneven.
It sounds like your clutch master is failing now and it is a good idea to change the slave at the same time.
