to just over 50 #'s of air and watched each rail for several minutes. No bubbles, no leaks. Upon first installation I did have a pinched o-ring---this last time was the 3rdish time I've installed these specific injectors into the rails. I've got a guy on zcar.com who installed DW 550s in his Z this last weekend. He says he didn't do any other work BUT the injector and the chip. He has the same issues as I and MixManMash. He listed his problems before I did so I know he's not jumping on my bandwagon. Anydamnways, he's switching back to the stock injectors this weekend----if the issue solved itself, I'm dumping my DW 550s.
