check first (might have sold it). Are you sure you have the right pulley in the right spot? It does appear to be sticking out a little to far but did you try spinning the crank by hand and see how the belts line up on it then? If I have a extra ill shoot you an email tomorrow. I would take it off and compare it to the original one. I know it sucks to have to tare stuff apart but you dont want to mess up with a timing belt.
