Message	I bought a HKS evc-s...it's hooked up correctly but the found a section in the manuel that says "a fuel controller is required to use this product". I've never read that a fuel controller was necessary for a boost controller...Could that be my issue? I tested my O2's by setting my ECU to mode II and running at 2,000rpms...that both flash more than the acceptable 5 per 10sec.
