So i checked the slave first since that seems to be the culprit most of the time. I pulled back the rubber cover and got some chunks of rust coming out but it seemed dry. I wasn't sure how to check the CMC but i peeled back the carpet behind the clutch and the metal and plastic were both a bit oily, so i am assuming i need to replace my CMC. How else can i check and confirm that it is in fact my CMC so that im sure before i go buy a new one.
