Message	The thermostat housing up front has a few degrees of movement to it. When you bolted that down before installing the pipe it wasn't rotated dead straight, hence the issue with the bracket in the rear not lining up. Solution: loosen the thermostat housing, re-silicone, rotate with pipe attached to proper position, tighten down housing. Or you can probably bend the pipe a bit without damaging it.
