| Thanks for the advice Slim This is my second FPCM...on the first one the Transistor burnt out.On the second one the earth on the circuit board fryed. I Then took the transistor out of the second one and repaired the first one. Now after a short journey the FPCM gets quite hot and I can smell that familiar electrical burning smell coming from it. I have the distinct feeling that if I was to drive the car longer or harder the FPCM would blow again. also, it was about 2 years ago I put in a brand new OEM fuel pump which hasn´t really done that many miles. I still have a Walbro pump lying around so I could try that and see if it´s any different. Thanks again Mario
