| Can running an engine with one VCT solenoid disconnected do any damage ? I recently bought another zed that was running like crap and engine was noisy. I've discovered 6 badly broken coilpack connectors, a couple of "suspect" injectors, a disconnected VCT solenoid, and code 55 (miracle). Now the engine had a few odd noises so I'm planing on replacing it, but I was wondering if anyone new about possible damage/noises that might occur due to one VCT solenoid not being connected ?
