Hey guys I have a question for all of you that can help and possibly give me an answer. Not too long ago at work a friend and I replaced the water pump, thermostat, all 3 drive belts, and the crank pulley on his 92' 300zx TT. We pretty much finished the job putting on the belts and tightening them, putting in the radiator connecting all necessary sensors and putting on the intake pipes/hoses along with the power steering hoses and coolant hoses, the water pump and thermostat were in from the day before and so was the crank pulley. I told him to start up the car after filling it up with coolant and I found power steering fluid shooting out. I found that it was a loose hose and tightened it, when I told him to shift in to drive he said it would not accelerate or go forward at all. This is where im bummed out figuring out what it is. Sidenote: I did adjust the cam timing through the camshaft cover (with the 3 bolts on right side of car) to spec, it was advanced before. Im trying to figure if we forgot to hook up a sensor or a power steering leak can cause this problem. There is no check engine light. Sorry for the long read but I felt like the more I said the more of an idea it can give you. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Jose
