I just bought my first 300zx, its a 1990 twin turbo. It was in pretty bad shape and I am in the process of bringing it back to life. I am on a mission to replace all of the engine hoses, gaskets, accessories, and etc as needed. I currently have the engine on a engine stand. I would like to replace the oil pump. The service manual doesn't clearly describe exactly how to remove the oil pump. I need help! I have already removed the oil pan, timing belt and crankshaft balancer pulley, and the oil pump bolts the service manual said to remove. I am not sure what to do next. Can some one please help. Thanks in advance.
