Message	you will have to replace the 2 bose speakers and remove or by pass the amps (if they are still hooked up) to get rid of it. If you have run it like this for a while then you may have damaged your head unit as well. The bose speaker system runs on a different impedence level and can cause all sorts of problems if left in. your system must have impedence matched components to function properly. The difference in impedence will effect the ability of the head unit to supply proper voltage and amperage. It will also effect the way the speakers ground back to the head. Hope this helps.
