Message Thanks... yeah, steering wheel, wheels, and rack were all centered when removed, and still centered. I checked to make sure the knuckle is in properly (comparing to other pictures). And yeah, the bolts are in the cut outs of both shafts.

I've tried removing and replacing the knuckle lots of times, but it just seems that the angle between the steering shaft and rack causes too much of a bind in the knuckle.

I didn't see anything in the FSM that'd explain this, but I'll check things closely like specs, etc.

Here's a few more pics of the rack... can someone tell me whether the angle looks correct?
