I few days ago, one of my cylinders stopped firing for about 2 minutes. I have a 90 NA, so I'm well familiar with the early symptoms of injector failure. The next few days it was driving fine, but i ohm tested all the injectors from the ecu harness (avoid all annoying clips on the injector plugs). #3 tested ~45 ohms , so i figured this was the problem that caused the misfire from the other day, and i ordered and injector. Today I unplugged the injector itself, to do an ohms test on the injector directly, (keep in mind it only had trouble for about 2 minutes a few days ago, since then its been fine), and it tested 15 ohms!? So what gives? Anyone experience anything like this? Is it possible to ohm test 45 one day and 15 the next? My knowledge of electronics is obviously limited.
