Message the smell just wiff some fresh gas to have a relative comparison. Zees hate cold weather. Heae is a thought when the weather gets warm enough to work unplug the filter at the IN side from fuel tank and add a piece of hose to that loose hose end and run it to a bucket. To catch fuel crank engine for about 5 seconds rest then another 5 sec crank . Look for particles and also the smell. If not free of particles that is a bad sign and tank and fuel lines need to be cleaned. I would remove as much fuel as you can from the tank rather than adding any stabilizer. Stabilizer will not make bad fuel better it keeps good fuel from going bad.

You can hope the intake screens on the injectors are not clogged.

If the fuel pressure test fails check the regulator and modulater for leaking diaphrams by seeing if they hold vacuum.
