| I noticed that brake pressure wasn't firm when applying the brakes and started to investigate. I found that the bleeder screws were allowing brake fluid to seep through even when they were fully screwed into the calipers. I bought new OE bleeder screws and during the installation, I saw that the OE bleeder screws looked very similar to the leaky bleeder screws. I proceed with the installation of the new OE bleeder screws. One week has past and I still have the issue of progressively loosing pressure/ inconsistent brake pressure when applying brakes. Last night, I inspected the leaky bleeder screws which I replaced and noticed that the face of the bleeder screw didn't seat completely via the marks on the tip of the bleeder screw. I hesitate to ask the question, but do the bleeder screws allow some seepage of brake fluid? If so, what is allowable? If they aren't supposed to leak, where can I find front & rear bleeder screws because I rather use OEM bleeder screws for all calipers. To make things more confusing, I have another Z and the bleeder screws are leaking much less, but I have very good brake pressure feel. I will most likely tighten those bleeder screws and keep track of the leak.
