You didn't by chance install an N/A tree did you? Or if the line going to the stock oil cooler is plugged in some way it would cause high oil pressures. Try pulling both the cooler hoses off and pressurize the line going too the cooler and verify it's not blocked. Maybe the restrictor is plugged with gasket sealer, if so blowing the line out backwards might clear it out but removing them and thoroughly cleaning them and the cooler properly would be best.
