It comes down to tolerance of it, and I hate end all opinions like "you dont notice it". Give me a break. Its there, its present, and if you arent in denial, there is no way you could sit in a car equipped with a 1-pc and not know its there. Theres some groan at certain RPM, some EXTREMELY slight vibration...if you can handle these things, get it. There is ZERO performance value to it. Its more of a "in the long run" mod, as in it only costs 2-300 bucks for a decent 1pc DS, but to replace your CSB will cost you 150 every 60-100k miles till it totally burns out, maybe a reality of 60K of real usage where its usability is present without that much rubber deterioration.Same thing with COs, some people swear that some COs have pillow like quality in comfort...but guess what? They drive on the smoothest roads on the planet so who cares about their opinion? Try riding on the FDR in Manhattan with some of these "soft" COs. Perception is a bitch.
