Message	I HAVE A 1991 NISSAN 300ZX THAT I JUST GOT AND THE TURBOS WONT SPOOL. THE TURBO GUAGE GOES FROM -14 TO 0 BUT WONT PASS THAT.ARE MY TUROS BLOWN?
