Subject	driver's side mirror twitch

Message	Anyone every have the driver side mirror twitch??? I can't tell if it is electrical or wind buffetting. tried setting control to middle and passenger position but it still twitches. I've also trie pushing the mirror in to engage the ratcheting gear but still have a twitch. Any reason for this??? any fixes Thanks
