Message	which is for BULB CHECK. The red light is supposed to stay on. After you get to this stage, repeat the process (fully clockwise/2 seconds/counter clockwise) and you'll enter Mode II DIAGNOSTICS. You should now see the "morse code" flashes for the error codes.
