Subject	Idle air control valve??

Message	it could be 100 degrees out or 20 degrees out. On the first start of the day or after it sits while im a work my z wont let me start out without letting the needle just start to move on the temp gauge. Once the needle moves a LRCH i can drive away smooth as it can be. anytime before that it gives me hesitation and is jumpy. it wont even let me rev it at a stand still without first droppin the rpms then jumpin up to whatever i want. What component is causin this problem??
