Subject	ecu Diag. Solid red light all the time????

Message	I am still working on my cold start cranking problem and tried to run an ecu dianostics.I am only getting a solid red light on the ECU. Am I doing something wrong? I have turned it clockwise and back again after two seconds and I still get a solid red light on the ECU. Any IDEAS? thanks for your help so far.
