Subject	odd temp gauge behavior

Message	Ok so I just replaced my radiator with a Mishimoto 2 core and added an overdrive water pump pulley. I just drove my Z around the block a few times and everything seems fine except that now when I get on the throttle the needle on the temp gauge dips from about the center of the gage to nearly the bottom. A couple of times it even dipped below low line. I've heard the stock water temp gauges are known for not being accurate. Is this normal? I never noticed this before swapping the radiator. Thanks in advance for help.
