Message 1st: are you running restrictors in the oil feed lines?

2nd: improper wastegate accuation can cause one turbo to over spin to reach target boost due to lazy turbo on other side.

examples:
-stuck open wastegate on other turbo

-sticking gate (flap hanging up on downpipes, linkage from to flap haning up, rod hanging up on oil filter tree/bracket)

-un syncronized wastegates (turbos with adjustible wastegate rods should always be bench tested to make sure the gates open equally with eachother)

-improper reference signals to wastegates
