Subject	Did i just ruin my CAS ?

Message	Since my car has been apart i'v been cleaning and rebuilding what i could while i wait for parts . I was in the process of cleaning my CAS and think i went too far , now i need advice . I dont know the names of these internal pieces so please bare with me here . the focus in these pics is the black piece almost in the center , the very thin metel disc about 3" in diameter rotates through this piece . I thought i could seperate the black parts ( top/bottom ) but appears that there are 4 small wires running through it top to bottom . i noticed this only as i pulled it apart as shown in the pics . did i ruin this thing . thanx guys
