Message	courtesy lists it as "link compression" but in your pic it is the old part on the right. the replacement from Courtesy looks the same, not what is in the pic from that website. where is that replacement part from. I'm assuming all that's needed is remove the upper and lower bolts slip the part out and replace. where are the bushings in that replacement part? is the blue I'm seeing on the ends?
