no right answer. Stock turbos will do fine at 12 psi, but JWT Sport 500's will do better, and are the only (or at least the most popular) 4-bolt upgrade turbo. They are good because they don't have any more lag than stock turbos, yet offer about 50 more hp. Any larger upgrade will start to have some lag. If you can afford it, get 3" expansion D/P's. If money is tight, split-D/P's are cheap and will be a great improvement over pre-cats. There's a lot more to know. Again: search, read.
