Message	Electrical short. I did a quick search for you and the best advice I found was to get yourself a service manual and concentrate on the wires that lead to that fuse. One guy was able to make his problem go away and return just by wiggling wires. So it would seem something wasn't connected properly or perhaps connecting to the wrong thing. I've had problems where something is wired wrong and it heats the wires so quickly it melts everything together and shorts, blows a fuse, and will stay shorted until you find that little problem. This could be quite tricky to find I suppose. Not much help. But sure sounds like something is shorting...
