When I took my car into get tires replaced, the mechanic noticed that the ball joint nut was loose. He showed me where the cone fitting was impacting the inside of the connection to the steering knuckle. He said this might be what was causing the popping. I went home and tightened that nut, but I still got the popping noise.Well, today a buddy and I replaced the knuckle and lower control arm with a used pair, but replaced the ball joint with a new one. However, I still get the loud popping noise on the front passenger side when I go over big bumps. I have a lot of aftermarket parts in the suspension: Tein Pillowball Adj. Tension Rods KYB AGX shocks Eibach springs Midori-style front camber arms (bought off ebay but look like the ones Courtesy sells) All of the connections are nice and tight. I'm wondering if the bearings may be failing in the Midori-style arms, but I don't know what the symptoms are of failed bearings in these arms. I believe they are Nachi but I can't say for sure. If these are the culprit, where could I find replacements?
