Subject	idler pulley stud bolt came lose

Message	after three months of doing maintenance this hapened my question is which way do i turn the cams and the crank to line them up again with out causing more damage ? should i replace the timing belt with a new one or reuse the old one since it is new? thanks in advance Ramses
