Oil and filter brand and oil weight, when last changed
Auto or manual

I noticed your engine rpm fluctuated at idle, not normal
and timing not at 15 BTDC. Make sure what is the correct setting for your engine and reset as needed. Is your light inductive pickup type? If so pull the #1 coil out and get a 12" piece of spark plug wire with connectors at each end to go to plug and coil then clamp inductive of light on this temp wire. Make sure the coil is plugged in to its conector on the harness Connect other light leads to the correct battery polls.
Start engine and see what the timing reading is and readjust by rotating the CAS unit on the drivers side of the engine. You may need to put some white paint on the crank damper at the correct degree mark to better see that mark line up with the stationary point.

Place a vacuum gage on the engine and report results at idle and at 2000 rpm. Should have a very steady needle at all constant rpms. Ex my NA reads 20"Hg at idle and 21"Hg at 2000 rpm both with a very steady needle, Here is a link for vacuum interpertations:

Do more detail check on O2's

I can't decern the ticking noises from your video except for the rather violent thrashing torward the end of the recording that does not sound like ticking. Were you testing the VTC solenoids at that point?

Other than what you listed what other engine maintenance have you done?
