| i wouldn't ever replace just one tie rod. you still have inner tie rods and the other outer one that could be a problem. bad wheel balance as well as tension rods could also cause that. see if the tension rod bushings are wet. that oil pressure is fairly normal. newer cars pump more but for a car with some miles on it, that's pretty normal. i wouldn't freak too much over that. use 10-40 oil and that high mileage stuff also helps bring a bit of pressure back. have you ever put power steering fluid in your power steering pump? it takes atf.
